Intern - Event Entertainment Marketing

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

This is a paid internship with a boutique entertainment event agency based in the Bay Area. You will be helping to run operations and marketing campaigns for an event & entertainment production company with 2 branches- one in upscale events and one in kids parties.
You will gain hands on experience with artist representation, marketing, booking, client management, costuming, and events.
Must have some admin or marketing background and a passion for the industry.
Part time, 2-3 days a week.
Pays a small stipend, amount depends on skills/experience level.

Duties Include:

• New client/business research.

• Event prep and post event follow-up.

• Processing photo & video post events.
• Updating social media and tracking.

• Relationship building and client database maintenance.

• Phone, email, and written correspondences.

Your Skills:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional follow-through skills; be detail oriented w/ability to multi-task. Excel.

• Research skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Products

• Social media, PR, Marketing Communications & Video skills a big plus. CMS experience a bonus too.
