Who are we:
Casting Networks, also known as LA Casting, is an online talent database and scheduling tool used daily by actors, agents and casting directors to cast commercials, television shows, movies, music videos, and more. Over 95% of all commercials cast in Los Angeles are cast through our system.
What we're looking for:
Do you enjoy helping others? Are you a customer service pro? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to meet you! As a Customer Service Rep you will train and support actors and casting agents over the phone and through email, and blowing everyone away with your awesomeness. We're looking to add the next A player to our team.
The right candidate will:
• Be upbeat, personable and enthusiastic
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking a plus
• Have excellent computer skills in both Mac and PC platforms
• Bring a ''Can Do'' attitude to their job responsibilities and take pride in their work
• Be eager and willing to quickly resolve issues as they arise
• Be approachable and communicate with specificity
• Be able to listen and follow instructions
• Be flexible and able to multi-task
• Be neat, tidy and organized
• Be on time; punctuality and dependability are non-negotiable
• Be able to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks or projects
• Be able to remain cool under pressure
• Not be opposed to ''roll their sleeves up'' to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Extensive phone work that will include troubleshooting, explaining how the system works, technical support and answering a variety of questions
• Duties to be carried out with customers in person, on the telephone, and via email
• Assist in the overall positive experience for the customer
• Running office errands as requested
• FedEx
• Building/Office/Kitchen Maintenance
• Office Signs
• Office Supply orders
Requirements:
• At least two years of customer service experience
• At least one year of phone support experience
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Self-directed and always follows through
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and be flexible
