Search for Executive Assistant to EVP jobs in Los Angeles-CA
The Executive Assistant will have a strong sense of initiative, and be a natural and independent problem-solver. This may include drafting of correspondence, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and completing all paperwork necessary to facilitate business. They will also conduct research for various campaigns. This position will also assist in the management and strategy of Cashmere's social networking platforms.
Coordination:
-Administrative and personal assistance (includes time outside of work hours) includes:
-Setting up calls and meetings
-Maintaining schedule/calendar
-Keeping up and following through with client communication
-Constant communication with the Executive
-Taking notes during calls and meetings
-Coordinating company wide meetings
-Sending out emails and notices for general staff announcement
-Compiling monthly expense forms
-Booking travel
-Registration for conferences
-Printing and scanning documents, mailings, and office supply purchasing
-This job entails facilitating coordination across all departments in the agency; good interpersonal skills are required
Creative
-Creative ideation for a variety of campaigns, artists, brands
-Coordinating brainstorms (sending out research, selecting people for meetings, taking notes on ideas)
-Writing copy for decks, RFPs, scripts, case studies, and more.
-Working with graphic designers to create decks with a strong focus on ideas and visuals
All potential candidates must have:
-Bachelor's degree required
-Strong creative talent and problem-solving skills
-Be able to balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
-The ability to anticipate needs
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing entrepreneurial environment
-Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and strong organizational skills required
-Knowledgeable about principles and practices of organization, planning and records management
-Confidence and skill handling clients in person and on the phone
-Excellent proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Calendar and Docs
-High level of confidentiality
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Must have a knowledge and passion for all things music (hip hop, R&B, EDM, indie rock)
-Strong knowledge of various social media networks
-Previous experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
-Must have a car
