Search for Creative Coordinator jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Cashmere Agency, a leader in cross-cultural strategic marketing, is looking for an energetic Creative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of initiative, and be a natural and independent problem-solver. This position will also provide administrative support to executives in the Creative Department. This may include drafting of correspondence, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and completing all paper necessary to facilitate business. They will also conduct research for various campaigns.
CREATIVE
-Creative ideation for a variety of campaigns, artists, brands (this entails working closely with the business development, marketing, and video departments)
-Coordinating brainstorms (sending out research, selecting people for meetings, taking notes on ideas)
-Writing up ideas in an understandable format to be put into decks
-Writing copy for decks, RFPs, scripts, case studies, and more.
-Working with graphic designers to create decks with a strong focus on ideas and visuals
-Working closely with video production team to ensure that creative vision is carried out
-Creative assistance at video shoots
-May be responsible for talent outreach and logistics around shoots
-Coordinate creative team's meeting and workflow (a team of graphic designers);
-Serve as a liaison between creative team and other departments, upper management
-Maintenance/management of graphics workflow through Google Spreadsheets and Google forms
-Creation of request forms for creative/visual teams
All potential candidates must have:
-Bachelor's degree from a four year college/university
-Spanish Speaking
-Strong creative talent and problem-solving skills
-Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
-The ability to anticipate needs
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing entrepreneurial environment
-Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and strong organizational skills
-Must have previous experience as an Executive Assistant
-Knowledgeable about principles and practices of organization, planning and records management
-Confidence and skill handling clients and on the phone
-Excellent proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Knowledge and passion for all things music (hip hop, R&B, EDM, indie rock)
-Strong knowledge of various social media networks
-Previous experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
