Artist Management company looking for an amazing intern! We seek a highly motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, who is organized and efficient to join our team. This person should be interested in working in the Entertainment Industry and handle the day to day tasks with discretion as we work with high profile clients. As our intern you'll be helping the Talent Managers with everything they need, from running their calendar to organizing calls and meetings on their & the talent's behalf. Looking for someone who can come into our office around 3-5 days per week and work the occasional weekend with prior notice.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
• answering telephone calls
• maintaining schedules / calendars
• arranging appointments
• running the occasional errand or two each week
• taking messages
• typing/word processing
• filing
• organizing meetings
• using a variety of software packages
• booking transport and accommodation
• managing databases
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• preparing letters, presentations and reports
