Web Producer/Digital Account Executive

Summary: Fast growing social media, video production and viral marketing agency is looking for an experienced Web Producer / Digital Account Executive to join its team in NYC. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an online agency and/or a digital marketing department, have a solid background in web project management, Digital Marketing and have impeccable communication skills.

Responsabilities:
• Collaborating and coordinating vendors, partners, creatives and other agencies
• Executing, optimizing, and analyzing social media and viral marketing campaigns using analytics tools and dashboards
• Crafting and pitching digital and viral strategies to a variety of clients. Understanding their objectives and recommending best practices.
• Managing client facing responsibilities

Key points:
• Experience: 2 years experience minimum in a online agency and/or a digital marketing department, in a production and/or project management capacity
• Technical: you don’t necessarily have a programming background, but you are very comfortable discussing with developers, designers, and creative. You master the interaction of their disciplines and have no issue explaining to them what is expected. They all feel you come from their world, while you are really working for your client’s project.
• Marketing: you have a strong understanding of marketing mechanisms and know how to create buzz on the internet. Very at ease with social media and analytics tools, you are able to come up with creative ideas, execute them and monitor the results.
• Language: you are fluent in English and you write it impeccably; fluency in French is a solid plus.
• Attitude: you are professional and can negotiate with suppliers and free lancers, yet you can also manage your clients and keep them in check when it comes to guidelines, timeline, and deliverables. You may up sell them if they want more than agreed upon and keep a positive attitude when it comes to your customers. You understand they are the lifeblood of your job. In a high stress situation, you remain calm and cool.

Core mission: Manage online viral campaigns, under the Project Director’s supervision.
