Details: CSI Sports, is a leading multimedia company that acquires, produces and distributes fight related content that is exhibited weekly in the U.S. and international markets. CSI Sports currently syndicates its “Fight Sports®” branded block of fight programming (approximately 50-60 hours per week) to the Regional Sports Networks in the U.S. and Sports Networks internationally in over 100 countries.

JOB TITLE: SENIOR PROGRAMMING MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE: Work on program schedules for broadcast on multiple media platforms. Including creating formats, providing quality control of content and assist the overall programming support for all Networks and operators receiving our content in all means of media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support distribution of content
• Work with Ad sales to ensure spots are integrated into programs as ordered
• Ensure content formats meet network requirements
• Work with production team to prepare content for distribution
• Establish and/or maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure high quality output at competitive rates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum five years experience in programming
• Minimum three years experience in production
• Prior television channel experience in programming
• Proven ability as a creative thinker capable of formulating, communicating, and overseeing the implementation of a strategic vision
• Great communications skills, attention to detail, meet deadlines and the ability to work closely with others with a positive attitude is essential
• Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and have experience interacting with top-level business executives
• Reasonably well-developed financial oversight and budgetary skills are required
• Knowledge and experience working with a variety of content mediums including TV, VOD, Broadband and Mobile
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
• Advanced PC skills; strong experience with MS Office (including Excel and Excel based programs such as File Maker Pro, etc.)
• Sports background a plus
