Responsibilities Test software API and products. Work within the Product Development and Technology Team to bring quality to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Design, test, and implement enterprise level systems. Provide test status reports to the team and external stakeholders. Participate in backlog maintenance, story estimation, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile team activities. Write test cases to verify requirements and meet acceptance criteria. Provide test estimates. Write and maintain regression test cases. Record details of test executions. Track defects using JIRA and verify defect resolution. Create, maintain, and execute test scripts. Work with MySQL, Oracle database, JIRA, TestRail, JMETER, HP Load Runner, Jenkins, TestNG, Maven, GitHub, Log4j, and Selenium Web Driver. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) position or a related occupation is required. The position requires experience with all of the following: testing back-end services, APIs, and middleware software layers; testing front-end browser-based user interfaces; testing applications across multiple platforms, including desktop, phones, tablets and Over-the-top (OTT) devices; working with MySQL and Oracle databases; SQL scripting; designing and documenting test cases, test plans, and other Quality Assurance (QA) artifacts; using JIRA to track stories, tasks and defects; using TestRail for test management; performing load testing using JMETER and HP Load Runner; scripting using Selenium WebDriver; working in Lean-Agile environments; and working with a hybrid of manual and automated testing.
