Responsibilities The Presentation Scheduler supports the Presentation Scheduling Manager in ensuring accurate and timely organisation of the daily Schedules, liaising with various departments to support the day to day activities within the Presentation Department. Qualifications/Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaison with Programme Scheduler as regards to any programme changes
Liaison with Promo Team to ensure promotional copies received in good time.
Liaison with the Commercial traffic team to ensure commercial content copies are delivered in good time
Liaison with Library dept. to ensure back copy is available for presentation
Work on scheduling system to compile Presentation schedules.
Creating and completing the transmission schedule for three different regions.
Setting up promotions on a scheduling system when required
Liaison with News, Programming, Sales and Transmission departments, daily.
Adjusting schedule to last minute changes.
Create and send Break changes reports
Mentor and coach the Presentation Coordinator, double checking the daily produced schedules before they are passed to the Presentation Manager.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work effectively on own initiative and communicate clearly and concisely.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Experience using a scheduling software system e.g. Focus/ForeTV is essential
Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel user.
A methodical approach and great attention to detail
Proven previous broadcast scheduling experience.
