Responsibilities Support Partnerships & Marketing Manager with the delivery of EMEA Marketing plans. Coordinate and execute marketing deliverables (events, campaigns, partnerships) and day-to-day team activities. Interact with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and partners. Qualifications/Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support production of materials for brand and programme specific campaigns; briefing agencies, reviewing assets, providing feedback and coordinating sign off
• Together with the Partnerships and Marketing Manager, manage partner relationships in key CNBC sectors: luxury, travel, finance, tech, FDI – as well as arts and sports
• Support the execution of barter campaigns from concept to delivery; process contracts, organise creative, request media plans and provide post-campaign reports
• Produce support documents and materials to showcase marketing team activities and campaigns
• Coordinate advertising on in-house and barter platforms for CNBC and partner campaigns
• Organise CNBC studio events
• Assist with developing digital & social marketing strategy
• Support team with delivery of annual Davos WEF campaign
• Manage and publish content for internal Marketing and communications as needed
• Oversee relationship with email marketing platform provider and support the publication of internal newsletter
• Assist with the organisation of CNBC's Client Entertainment Programme; produce invitations, coordinate RSVP's, organise transport and distribute tickets
• Research CNBC merchandise and manage stock
• Work with Communications and PR team colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and day to day running of the team
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
• Proven marketing and PR skills, with experience in events management, campaign delivery and partnerships
• Excellent all-round communicator, both written and verbal
• Highly organised and strong administrator with immaculate attention to detail
• Production experience of marketing campaign assets
• Database management skills
• Understanding of digital marketing techniques and measurement
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Good common sense, uses sound judgement to make decisions
• Proactive, enthusiastic, collaborative and diplomatic
• Creative thinker, ability to produce new ideas and solve problems
• Knowledge of CNBC competitive set desirable
• Interest in business and financial news and information a plus
• Basic understanding of the EMEA markets and media industry an advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Willingness to travel
