CNBC is seeking a high-performing individual to help manage and grow relationships with CNBC's strategic partners. We're looking for a dynamic team player who will thrive in a fast-paced, hardworking entrepreneurial atmosphere.
As the Director of PRO Partnerships, you will support strategic partnerships with some of the world's biggest brokerage and financial information companies. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing daily partner relations and working with the partners to identify optimizations that increase consumption of CNBC content.
You'll also lead partnership efforts around CNBC's Pro subscription product and other transactional and subscription offerings. You will identify, support and optimize partners working to increase subscribers and customers of these offerings.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, including regular communication with CNBC and partner management regarding performance
- Evaluate partnership performance against key metrics; identify and pursue optimizations to grow performance
- Build and improve communications between partners and CNBC editorial, product and technology teams
- Devise and present strategies and new business opportunities to grow existing partnerships
- Develop insights and knowledge base of CNBC's content offering, existing and potential partners; and track and surface any changes that impact the partners
- Identify and prioritize potential new strategic and subscription partners
- Create marketing presentations to promote CNBC's content offering to prospective partners
- Negotiate and define deal terms and product and technical requirements for prospective partnerships
- Coordinate implementation of new partnerships with Editorial, Finance, Product and Technology
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years in digital media or information services, ideally with specific experience in partner/client management, business development, or digital subscription or transactional offerings
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Experience working with partners and/or clients a proven track record of negotiation and execution
- A demonstrated track record of success in forging and developing excellent relationship with key clients and stakeholders.
- Superior strategic and analytical skills; ability to synthesize and draw insights / recommendations from large sets of data
- Experience operating within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple manner to internal stakeholders and outside partners/customers
- Experience with web analytics, tracking and reporting KPIs of digital businesses and projects
- Intellectual curiosity about and passion for media/entertainment
