Responsibilities The International Director and EP of Catalyst Content Studio is responsible for;
• Delivery of creative projects (ideation and production) to targeted KPIs (from both clients and front-line sales leaders)
• Maximising net revenue to CNBC from creative ideation and production
• Effective management of resources;
o Principally externally (freelance and agency) to deliver creative work to agreed KPIs for sold projects
o Internally, to deliver pre and post-sale creative work (pitch mock-ups / sizzle-reels / case-study reels)
• Close attention to the landmark projects (top 5-10 biggest deals in a year), working as the ultimate executive producer, and occasionally as the producer, ensuring the creative work is being approached in a way that differentiates CNBC and ensures high client satisfaction and a strong deal renewal rate
The location of this role could be either London or Singapore
Qualifications/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring that all creative work (digital and TV / video principally) agreed to as part of a sales contract, is delivered on budget and on time to all client and international sales-team KPIs
• Management of both internal teams (to be focused predominantly on pre and post sales creative work) and external freelance and agency teams to deliver sold creative projects (managing with the project/production management team to achieve this)
• Leadership and management of the creative studio teams to deliver creative work at the pitch, ideation and production stage. Focus on maximising net revenue to CNBC as well as increasing client retention and revenue growth potential
• Executive production of landmark projects, working closely with the in-house and outsourced production teams
• Acting as an occasional hands-on producer for both internal work, and for last-minute changes to external projects. This is as and when required, particularly during busy periods
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong track record of successful management of creative-teams (predominantly outsourced) to deliver profitable creative work
• Excellent client-service skills that ensure high client retention rates and revenue growth potential
• Multi-skilled creative EP that is comfortable working across multiple formats (TV / video / digital microsites / infographics / data journalism, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
• TV / Video / Digital Production / Advertising qualification preferred

• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (to clients)
• International experience and mindset
• Strong, innovative, partnership ideation skills
