Seeking an organized and reliable individual to fill an intern position at a boutique management company in LA. Primary duties will include: assisting in the management department, general office work, and occasionally assisting staff in other departments within the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in, or knowledge of the entertainment industry is preferred - management company/agency, production co., casting, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills is a must.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must have reliable transportation (office is located on the west side - 90025).
- Social Media savvy / familiar with primary social media platforms -- You will assist our staff with managing our social media accounts.
- General office duties: answering/making calls, filing, light bookkeeping, running quick errands, and performing other office duties as they come about.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines -- ability to multi-task.
- Great leadership skills and ability to trouble shoot and take initiative! We welcome creative minds and forward thinkers!! :)
