CID Entertainment is launching an Ambassador Program! We are combing the country for individuals with a passion for entertainment, service and hospitality. CID Entertainment provides the ultimate event experience. Our guests arrive anticipating a highly memorable event, top-notch service, & an informative and attentive staff. CID Entertainment is recruiting leaders to act as Ambassadors and execute our VIP programs at venues nationwide.
Ambassadors will be the resident representatives of their market. Within the US there are nearly 70 markets, which is where CID Entertainment hosts events most frequently. We are looking for passionate individuals with a background in hospitality and event work.
Job Requirements for Ambassadors
When an event comes to your market, you will be the face of CID Entertainment. As an Ambassador, you will create an inviting atmosphere for our guests by demonstrating excellent customer service skills. It is essential to be well versed in CID Entertainment's procedures in order to assist in executing a flawless event.
Join the CID Entertainment team and work with likeminded people striving for a common goal. The role of Ambassador is professional and fun in a highly collaborative atmosphere. As an Ambassador, you may be asked to fill the following positions:
• Event manager
• Hotel liaison
• Hotel check-in
• VIP check-in
• Shuttle stop manager
• Shuttle coordinator
• Concierge staff
• Runner
• Golf cart driver
Successful Ambassadors would have the following skills:
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
• Articulate, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs of our guests
• Flexible schedule with ability to work long hours, evenings and weekends
• Friendly, upbeat personality
• Able to work under pressure & multitask
• Skilled problem solver
• Team player
• Communicate with our guests in a professional and understanding manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction
