Job Summary:
Assistant will help with a broad range of administrative support for both business and
personal life. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate is highly organized and
able to work flexible hours (including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed).
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO's schedule to maximize time and efficiency
• Interact with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate meetings
• Distribute information on behalf of CEO via email, phone, and other communication
• Create and maintain organizational systems
• Manage and prioritize daily to-do list
• Handle clerical and administrative duties (answering phones, data entry, bookkeeping, filing, receiving post mail, etc.)
• Keep accurate notes (''minutes'') during various meetings
• Conduct research
• Arrange travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, guest travel, etc.
• Coordinate reservations
• Perform all tasks with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and
confidentiality
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience as a professional assistant to an executive
• Outstanding organizational skills - please submit examples with resume and cover letter
• Ability to handle complex travel and logistical arrangements
• Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and efficient
• Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate complications before they occur
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with Google applications
• Must be a team player
• Must be trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
• Must be a nice person
• Experience in entertainment or hospitality is a plus
