Full Time Job
Full time front office receptionist wanted for prestigious West Los Angeles Talent Agency. Front Office reception position facilitates incoming calls for 40 employees, so multi-tasking is a must. Professionalism and people skills are crucial as this position is visible for meet and greet as well as working the main switchboard. Must be able to work on PC with Microsoft Office programs. Experience with InEntertainment software is a plus. Will be required to set up contracts and maintain database changes. This job does require technical ability to operate switchboard, computer and phones. Applicant may be tested on skills prior to employment.
Hours Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm Hourly position $11.00 per hour.
