Full time receptionist wanted for West Los Angeles Talent Agency. Applicant must have prior experience answering heavy phones.
Front Office reception position facilitates incoming calls for 40 employees, so multi-tasking is a must. Professionalism and people skills are crucial as this position is visible for meet and greet as well as working the main switchboard. Must be able to work on PC with Microsoft Office programs. Experience with InEntertainment software is a plus. Will be require to set up contracts and maintain database changes. This job does require technical ability to operate switchboard and computer.
Hours Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
Salary: Hourly - $11.00 per hour full time (40 hours per week, no overtime required for this position). Benefits.
