Talent Agency seeks Broadcast Business Affairs representative for full time position to track and process payments for actors and models. This representative is essentially responsible for actors' and models' accounts receivable and other monies due for their performances in broadcast commercials, animation, promo-trailer, theatrical and print media. Job functions include basic accounting, payroll calculation, data entry, tracking payments, past due collections and balancing deposits. Additional job functions include daily interaction with talent agency clients and buyers as well as other associates in Broadcast Business Affairs department. The department works in a close team environment. Knowledge of SAG and AFTRA rules for Commercial, Theatrical and Animation agreements is very useful.
Experience required: 2 year college degree, basic accounting, math, debits and credits, accounts receivable, balancing, bank despots, office skills such as phones, fax and PC computer with Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word; inEntertainment and Star Caster (SCN) software.
Full Time position Monday thru Friday 9:30am-6:30pm Benefits Salary - wages paid hourly at $14.50 per hour for 40 hours per week
