Bi-Coastal Talent Agency seeks accounting rep for full time position to track and process payments for actors and models. This representative is essentially responsible for actors' and models' accounts receivable and other monies due for their performances in broadcast commercials, animation, promo-trailer, theatrical and print media. Job functions include basic accounting, payroll calculation, data entry, tracking payments, past due collections and balancing deposits. Additional job functions include daily interaction with talent agency clients and buyers as well as other associates in Broadcast Business Affairs department. The department works in a close team environment. Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA rules for Commercial, Theatrical and Animation agreements is very useful but willing to train the right candidate.
Experience required: Associate degree, basic accounting, math, debits and credits, accounts receivable, balancing, bank deposits, office skills such as phones, PC computer with Windows Office, Outlook, Excel, Word.
Knowledge in inEntertainment software is a plus!
Full Time position Monday thru Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
Benefits
Salary: Starting at $15.00 with basic accounting experience
or TBD with industry experience.
