Full Time Unpaid Internship
The Download.com intern will work within the Download.com team in our San Francisco office. As a member of our team you will gain a wide exposure to a wide range of Program specific projects. Your primary role will be to help us build and maintain our 2015 Program initiatives. This internship offers excellent training and mentoring. It is ideal for a student who wishes to explore and/or pursue a career in Program Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Help develop and facilitate out 2015 program marketing initiatives
Support program manager & account coordinator in day to day program initiatives
Assist central team account coordinators & account managers in process and procedures for specific program updates
Assist in Sales team support on program projects
Assist in coordinating multiple program events in market conferences
Assist in distribution and delivery of program marketing materials
Perform and analyze program metrics for potential opportunities
Assist in our day to day client communications
Qualifications:
Must have outstanding attention to detail
Program/project/event management experience is a must
Ability to work and adapt to change in a fast paced environment
Willing and open to learning
Strong organizational skills (planning and prioritizing) and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and take initiative but also work well with coworkers in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel & Power Point
Intern candidates must be currently enrolled in college/university with at least one semester to go after completion of the internship
Must successfully complete background check
