Note: This is an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, with ENTRY LEVEL PAY. There is definitely room for advancement.
Successful daily television talk show seeks Tape Vault Coordinator. Must be efficient, extremely detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Duties include data entry, labeling, tracking & pulling tapes. Duties also include handling & organizing digital video files for post processing, and data files.
Job involves multi-tasking and dealing with heavy requests from the production teams & post. Swing to night shift, with regular 10-hr days, which includes Sat & Sun. Need to be flexible with hours, to adapt to workload as needed. Pay is hourly, with overtime.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills; a team player. Minimum 2 yrs' professional work experience. Previous Vault / library experience, or work in a post production setting preferred. Experience with handling digital video files a plus. The qualified candidate should be dedicated and driven, with a desire to work in Post Production.
Job involves meticulous data entry work, and some heavy lifting. Looking for someone with a 'do whatever it takes to get the job done' attitude, in line with our fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven show setting.
