Anchor/Reporter
General Job Description:
CBS 58 News is searching for an experienced Anchor/Reporter to join our morning team. Will become part of the anchor team that will deliver news from 4:30a-7:00a. Will turn content after the morning newscast daily. Will also create feature packages that will air on CBS 58 Sunday Morning and be responsible for contributing to website and social media platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Two plus years' anchor experience and a degree in Journalism or related field required.
Ideal candidate will also have experience reporting.
MMJ experience preferred.
Must be knowledgeable about national events.
Must be flexible in scheduling.
Valid driver's license and insurability required
This job requires a self-starter with good news judgment, strong writing ability and solid live skills.
