Position Overview
Plans and implements marketing programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Must have experience utilizing social media marking strategies.
Essential Functions
• Assists in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develops and manages marketing operating budget.
• Assists in the planning and oversight of the advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
• Assists in the development and of product positioning to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to align marketing objectives with designated budgets.
• Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitors competitor products marketing activities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Prepares marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Focused on meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

• minimum of five years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities
• Excellent software skills (MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word proficiency a must, MS Project a plus)
• Understanding of and commitment to maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, concepts, products, practices and financial arrangement
• Schedule must be flexible to accommodate workload and client needs
