Full Time Job
Purpose: The Data Entry Clerk will be the primary point of data into the payroll system to help ensure timely and accurate data.
Responsibilities
• Enter new employee information into payroll system, including but not limited to SSN, corporations, agents, direct deposits, deductions, and state specific withholding information.
• Review start paperwork for completions and accuracy, will be primary point to flag missing and incorrect data.
• Verify how new hire paperwork compares with existing employee records and if there is an existing employee, will update as necessary.
• Flag missing and/or incomplete paperwork for coordinators.
• Exhibit an understanding of any and all used database systems, including but not limited to Account Mate and Caps Pay.
• Will understand the basic payroll process to better support the operations.
• Responsible for protecting the business and our clients by keeping information confidential and secure.
• Performing any additional tasks deemed necessary by supervisor
Requirements:

• Ability to meeting strict deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of PC systems, not limited to Microsoft Office
• Quick learning ability and deep understanding of technical products/systems
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and ability to work with personnel from all levels of organization
• Self-motivated, critically-thinking, problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree or higher
