Award-winning Marketing and Promotions Agency, PGW, a division of CAA Sports LLC, seeks a full-time Regional Market Manager to oversee several cities in our national experiential marketing campaign for a communications company. The Regional Market Manager (RMM) is primarily responsible for the scheduling, staffing, activation, reporting and daily management of local marketing assets (Duo; Pop Up; Blitz Teams) within their assigned markets. The RMM is also responsible for the daily oversight and overall supervision of his/her assigned market.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, high energy, highly capable, and detail oriented with a team mentality and an ability to accommodate and execute events in a fast paced environment. Being fluent in Spanish is also ideal for this role.
Note: Position administers from home but field presence is required for the Greater Los Angeles region.
Responsibilities
Source and manage several mobile marketing teams with varying assets.
Schedule and coordinate teams at retail, guerrilla, and sponsored locations.
Proactively develop and implement local marketing plans that are results driven and measurable.
Assist local sales/marketing strategy to drive revenue and sales goals.
Provide local market insight to assist the development of effective media plans.
Monitor, maintain and distribute collateral inventory.
Monitor progress and effectiveness of marketing strategy by maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinate and execute special events.
Field frequent requests as the marketing liaison between the agency and the local client representatives.
Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure the brand is being effectively represented in all efforts.
Required Skills
Bilingual in Spanish/English is required.
A flexible schedule and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to communicate with all levels of clients' management teams.
A solid understanding of how to generate retail sales.
Ability to perform under deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
Genuine positive attitude.
Willingness to be available to your team at all times.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years agency and marketing management experience.
Bachelor Degree in marketing or business related field a plus.
Knowledge of wireless devices a plus.
