Video Publishing Project Coordinator
BuzzFeed seeks a Project Coordinator that truly understands social media – creatively and socially, as well as logistically and operationally. The perfect candidate will bridge the gap between social strategists, video analytics, branded, creatives (across BuzzFeed's global network), and larger development projects to ensure the effective execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring successful kickoff, planning, execution, and closure of all projects and initiatives, no matter how big or small
• Partnering with in-house publishing teams (from branded, editorial or content development), as well as video analytics groups to ensure project benchmarks are set, tracked and satisfied
• Ability to track projects and adjust alongside shifting goals and iterative projects
• Facilitating communication between all departments (Social strategy, video data science, development, branded)
• Developing project plans, schedules, and/or calendars to track project milestones
• Developing robust project monitoring for team leads, being able to communicate status, success or failure, quickly
Requirements:
• 2 years of project coordination experience at a leading agency or media brand, preferably in a digital/social capacity
• Experience with the moving pieces of creative, production and social and how they work together to create a premium product is preferred
• Experience implementing social media, digital & integrated marketing campaigns (for a company or brands) preferred
• The ability to accurately scope projects, define requirements, and determine success metrics
• Experience with video or social production highly preferred
• Ability to communicate results to the team, management in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the planning, creative, social growth and/or production processes, with strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit, grit, and a constant drive for personal growth
