Details: SUMMARY OF POSITION

Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing seeks an Integrated Marketing Analyst for the Digital Media department. Position coordinates the integrated marketing development & video execution on behalf of CWTV com.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates potential opportunities for revenue by gathering all integrated marketing concepts for potential execution; Responds to all RFP’s by the Ad Sales team.

Facilitates the creation of internal and external reports pertaining to the performance and progress of all video content.

Writes and sends newsletters, monitors community feedback by using internal track able tools.

Manages the daily execution of all aspects of video for CWTV com initiatives while focusing on current trends and areas for growth.

Coordinates video team during all phases of projects (Defines project scope, sets resource needs, sets project goals, creates the project plan, and coordinates creation and delivery).


JOB REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS Degree in marketing, communications or advertising required.

Minimum 3 years international and/or domestic marketing/publicity/promotional experiences required.

Previous entertainment industry experience required.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong project management skills.

Solid communication, people and organizational skills.

Knowledge of advertising and promotional terminology and procedures, including, but not limited to, artwork (image formats, graphics, logos, etc.), video (tape formats, generic & episodic promos, duplication, etc.), new technology (online strategies, web sites, digital asset management, etc.) and written (synopses, log lines, running orders, fact sheets, etc.) material.

Computer literate, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, PC Docs and internet/website technology.

Must be able to work overtime as required.

Must be able to maintain a cheerful disposition in a fast-paced environment and during stressful times.

Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents.

Must be detail-oriented.

Must have good judgment.

Must be able and willing to take initiative and to problem solve as appropriate within the scope of responsibilities of this position.
