Bunim Murray Productions, creators of MTV's ''The Real World,'' producers of E!'s, ''Keeping Up With the Kardashians'', Lifetimes, ''Project Runway'' and many more currently seek an experienced Development Assistant to assist two very busy development Executives.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the company and/or Reality Development. This is a fast paced position that requires an individual with top notch communication, writing and organizational skills. Ideal candidate will have 2 years previous Assistant experience for an Entertainment Executive on a busy desk and reality TV experience is ideal. Advanced discretion, a team player attitude, and detail oriented are a must.
The individual will be responsible for all administrative support including but not limited to:
• Manage schedule and maintain calendar of multiple Executives
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external individuals as requested
• Coordinate meeting resources and catering as required
• Coordinate all travel
• Preparing expense reports & PO's
• Respond to incoming inquiries and escalate where necessary
• Heavy Call Rolling
• File Maintenance
• Setting network/cable pitches
• Liaising between the various departments within the company
• Other general office duties as required
• Candidate will interact with many industry professionals and senior executives within the company, so confidentiality is a must.
