Bunim Murray Productions, Producers of Project Runway, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Real World, Total Divas and more is currently accepting resumes for an Operations Coordinator for our Facilities/Operations team to start asap. We are currently located in Van Nuys but will be moving our office to Glendale/Burbank area in January 2017.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Parking Pass Issuance and Accounting: Duties include working with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing from three difference parking lots, updating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis, distribution and collection of cards and deposits, and working with 3 different building management offices for activations and deactivations.
Security Access Cards: Duties include activation, distribution and collection of cards and deposits.
Copier/Postage Meter Reading Reports: Duties include ordering supplies, calling in service requests, monthly meter readings, updating accounting codes, refilling postage, stamp outgoing mail, meter reporting to Finance and ensure accurate invoicing.
DIRECTV Account Management: Duties include calling in service requests and over the phone support.
Office Supply Ordering and Distribution Management: Duties include filling out Purchase Orders, price checking, getting appropriate signatures, placing office supply orders, ensure accurate invoicing, office supply distribution, and returns.
Employee Customer Service: Respond to and direct requests to appropriate Operations employees. We currently service over 400 employees in Van Nuys and also a few in NY.
Ideal candidate will have 1 year experience working in a Facilities/Operations department or experience working in a Property Management Office.
