Search for Development Assistant (Latin Division) jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Bunim/Murray Production, producers of such shows as The Real World, I am Cait, Keeping up with the Kardashians, Project Runway and many more… currently seek a Full Time Executive Assistant to the Vice President of their Latin Division.
• At least 1 years' experience on a busy entertainment industry desk or on set reality TV experience.
• Completely bi-lingual English/Spanish. (Must be able to handle advanced written communication in Spanish language).
• Experience preparing pitch reels and decks
• Experience managing an executive calendar
• Candidate will interact with many industry professionals and senior executives within the company, so confidentiality is a must.
• Coordinating meetings with internal and external individuals as requested
• Coordinating all travel
• Preparing expense reports & PO's
• Rolling calls
Other Skills:
• TV and/or Film Production office and on set experience
• Experience in PowerPoint and/or Keynote
• Knowledge of FCP, Premiere and/or Avid
• Photoshop experience
An interest in the following is a plus:
• Fashion/ Style/ Trends Skills
• Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Social, digital and interactive media
• Popular Culture/ Celebrity Culture
