Position: PART-TIME BOX OFFICE ASSOCIATE
Reports To: ASSOCIATE BOX OFFICE MANAGER
Division: BROADWAY IN BOSTON-BOSTON, MA
Location: 74 WARRENTON STREET, BOSTON, MA 02116
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall service as Box Office Associate for the Charles Playhouse performances; including evenings and weekends.
• Sell and process individual ticket sales both in person and via mail
• Cash Handling
• Act as front line customer service/patron relations liaison
• Data entry and financial reporting
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Broadway in Boston seeks a motivated, detail oriented team player to join busy box office selling tickets for Blue Man Group. Candidate must be enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service, take direction well, and be able to thrive in a hectic team environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational and verbal skills are a must. The candidate must be able to work independently, prioritize and multi-task while on deadline. Knowledge of Excel and box office experience, especially TicketMaster, preferred, but not required.
