Marketing Assistant
Department: Account Services - TMD NYC
Responsibilities include:
• Work alongside Senior Staff to provide account services and nurture relationships - taking the lead when directed
• Support Senior Staff to maintain strategic plans and reports for Broadway Across America (BAA) and vendors
• Maintain a working relationship between BAA marketing and all departments of TMD
• Work with Senior Staff on special projects such as client development, industry trade efforts, contests, promotions, pitching new business, etc.
• Manage coordination and tracking of production work on behalf of clients including, but not limited to, print and online ads, website updates, and SEM; from the input of initial requests through to the completion and trafficking of the finished assets to media outlets and printers when necessary
• Provide creative support developing ad themes, designs, and layouts, as well as editing and proofing all assets
• Facilitate approval process with BAA, other clients and internal stakeholders
• Engage fans on social media under the supervision of the Director of Interactive Services
• Ensure brand consistency within assets created by TMD
• Assist Creative Director and Senior Staff to maintain a library of up-to-date artwork for internal and client needs
• Regularly communicate with all members of the team on the status of projects and materials
• Oversee creative billings
• Responsible for collection and creation of appropriate back-up, accounting forms and reporting
• Works with Senior Staff on collection of payment for issued invoices
• Assist with revenue forecasting and budgeting
• Other tasks as assigned
