Very active Beverly Hills literary management/production company seeking an Executive Assistant. Job responsibilities include standard assistant duties: overall office upkeep, covering phones, interacting with clients, managing appointments, occasional script coverage, and reading of submissions. The two partners require a smart and agile thinker who can adapt to the constant stream of clients and projects.
This position will lead to growth within the company for the right candidate. Candidates must be reliable, polite, organized, punctual, and work well under pressure. No two days are the same. On any given day, you could be helping manage a multimillion dollar Kickstarter campaign, assisting with development/packaging one of the companies' IP, or noting a clients' newest script.
The ideal candidate looks to transition into a junior management position. This is not a job for those who want to work in development or be writers.
