Full Time Job
Web-based service company is seeking a detail-oriented, patient, and technically savvy individual to provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and online chat. Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus. Broad experience in digital video and non-linear editing is a plus. Must have a car to support offsite client training. Please include any previous CSR experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on our proprietary software and website via phone, email, online chat, and in-person
- Train clients on using the website and software
- Maintain a physical inventory of equipment and manage the digital inventory database
- Drop-off and pick-up equipment from clients
- Help maintain tutorial videos for use by customers and clients
- Help keep internal staff up-to-date with new features and changes to our software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent computer knowledge, both Apple and Windows
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Enthusiastic and a team player
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, Slack, Freshdesk, Quicktime, or other comparable products
- Experience with Camtasia, Final Cut, or comparable products a plus
- Entertainment industry knowledge a plus
