A Talent Manager for Bread & Butter's Los Angeles office will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of this growing division by advising and counseling clients concerning professional matters, overseeing long-term strategies for client promotion and helping identify, negotiate and activate paid partnerships. The Talent Manager will serve as a liaison between the company and talent account teams ensuring projects are meeting client expectations and executed with efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
• Acting as team leader, managing Talent team to ensure they are completing tasks, hitting goals and meeting deadlines
• Overseeing strategy, goals and proactive efforts in arranging bookings, appearances and performances for clients
• Developing high level contacts and relationships with organizations and individuals that will ultimately support clients' and company's success
• Researching and providing input on and analysis of trends in the market that will maximize client exposure
Requirements include:
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Entertainment PR/Talent Management, preferably with an agency or firm
• Experience managing teams and developing strategies to meet long and short term goals.
• High level contacts and relationships with organizations and individuals in lifestyle and entertainment arenas including casting agents, television producers and high profile brands
• Hospitality and/or lifestyle PR experience a plus
