Brandsway Creative is searching for an intern/assistant for one of their celebrity clients. A young recent graduate interested in celebrity and fashion. This will begin as an unpaid internship which can lead to a paid position. Responsibilities are listed below:
- Manage calendar: Work closely with Brandsway & manager to add all meetings, interviews and events to a calendar.
- Schedule personal appointments
- Organizing events and engagements with their team
- Arrange meetings
- Take care of cancellations and/or re-scheduling
- Make travel arrangements. Includes: hotel, flight, and transportation reservations
- Make reservations : Personal- restaurants, beauty, etc.
- Answering/returning phone calls: Be the informed liaison if client cannot be reached
- Keeping track of correspondence
- Keeping client in the know of her correspondences
- Social media coordination
- Website Management - add press clips and new photos to their website
- Filing - fill all photos, press clips, campaigns on their computer
- Keep track of samples/clothing sent to them for an event
- Project management: Research upcoming events, appointments, and people clients meeting with.
- Running errands: Both personal and professional daily errand |

Salary:

This will begin as a short term unpaid internship wich would turn into a paid job position with client discretion.
