Part Time Job
Seeking energetic, self-starters who can ably assist high power agents while dealing with clients. The position would require applicant to assist agents in a prominent Los Angeles Theatrical/Legit department; responsible for telephone work, scheduling, research, communicating auditions/appointments to clients, organization & maintenance of files including headshots, demo reels, contracts, resumes and more. Must be a fast thinker with an interest in becoming an agent. Social skills and sales ability are a must, as is the desire to create and convert new business opportunities.
CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS TALENT AGENCY OR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
Any experience at an agency is a huge plus.
Must be willing to take on the extended hours connected to the entertainment industry.
Position available immediately.
Must be computer literate.
Knowledge of telephone systems, Microsoft Word, Filemaker Pro, Excel and other programs a plus.
Hours are part time from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday- Friday plus possible evening scouting events.
