Busy management office needs organizational master!
We are a busy office with locations in 7 cities and this position is the gatekeeper for all of them.
Of course we need someone who will show up on time, deal with multiple personalities in a professional manner and keep the office organized. What we would also like is someone who fits into our culture - we are NOT a politically correct office so a thick skin is a must.
We also run 2 record labels, a music publishing company, cast and produce out of this office so some cross-over will happen.
Requirements
- Telephone Experience
- MAC Experience
- Basic Office Skills (faxing, filing, data entry, internet research, maintaining databases, etc.)
- Must have a car
- Familiarity with TalentPro is a plus
Duties
- Maintaining actor's and manager's calendars
- Organizing audition details
- Liaising with actors, agents and casting directors
- Office Management (stationery, headshots, postage, etc.)
- Handling very busy phones
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm (1 hour lunch break)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in management. We are open to meeting people who do not have any industry experience as well.
