We are recruiting now for Television Hosts and Presenters to work on a range of new and continuing China-focused, English-language television productions. Uniquely working from the convenience of your current location, you will complete television reporting and presenting tasks with your location and the surrounding area. All Jobs will be made available to you via your allocated private administrative account login on our international content management workflow portal, BON Cloud.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ultimately reporting to the Project Manager, and liaising online on a regular basis with the production research team, you will be responsible for successfully completing Hosting tasks. The type of hosting required will vary in length, emphasis, style and genre.
We produce and broadcast a wide range of Features and News video content. The hosting and/or reporting work you complete will be broadcast on international television on a periodic basis, whether via cable, satellite, On Demand, or live streaming via handheld devices.
QUALIFICATIONS
For this role, you must have 5+ years of experience working as a television host, video reporter or presenter within a busy television media or film environment.
Your ability and experience to work unaided, to self-critique your work, and to make editorial decisions in a meticulous, deadline-sensitive environment without direct supervision will be essential to this role.
Furthermore, attention to detail, a strict sense of time management and organisational skills are also important to successfully work in this role.
You will also be expected to have a strong interest in China with an emphasis on one or more of the following areas: business, news and information, culture, health/lifestyles, tourism, and technology.
