Blue Microphones is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative for a direct hire full-time position. The position reports to the Product Assurance Supervisor and interacts closely with all departments throughout the Company. This is an incredible opportunity for a talented individual to start a career with Blue Microphones.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers in a timely and accurate manner via telephone and email.
Process customer returns and replacements.
Regularly inspect product to maintain quality levels.
Document inspection data.
Assist in the management of moving inventory.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of microphones and the principles by which they function is required.
Basic understanding of computer technology with respect to device drivers and USB protocols required.
Professional phone etiquette and excellent written communication skills required.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel preferred.
Experience in a call center or phone-based customer service is a plus.
Must be able to multi-task, organize and handle last minute projects with tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have a passion for audio. Punctuality, accuracy and reliability are musts.
