Blue Flame creates strategic cross-cultural branding initiatives to interpret and capitalize on the ever-changing new America.
The principal role of the Content Manager is to create and manage content marketing campaigns.
The correct candidate for this role has 2-4 years of post-college digital media experience, preferably in content syndication and/or native advertising.
In this role you will...
• Digital and Social Media Content:
• House and organize all brand content – internal and external
• Create and manage the content for brand marketing campaigns, paid and non paid, across website, owned platforms, SEO, social, newsletters, and search.
• Content Development:
• Set up content development shoots across the year for the brand/products across experiential, lifestyle specialists, talent and culture;
• Manage ongoing 365 Digital/Social content against brand calendar and focus
• Responsible for incorporating cross-brand synergies where applicable across internal and external clients;
• Ensure content is leveraging consumer trends to increase engagement and brand relevancy to culture,
• Reporting:
• Work with cross-functional teams including Ad Ops and Content to create reporting, track campaign results, and optimize for revenue.
• Track and identify consumer generated content
• Trend Watch report – “What Consumers Look for and Why”
• External Community:
• Build new and nurture existing relationships with content curators to support and partner with brands for new engaging content
What we are looking for...
• Prior experience leaning and managing a team in a client-facing role.
• Experience implementing research techniques that track consumer response data for well-known brands.
• Demonstrated experience putting together reports on competitive advertising, media spending and developing future research initiatives.
• The ability to wear multiple hats in a "blink and you'll" miss it environment.

Required experience includes...
• Completed undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, media studies or similar field.
• 2-4 years of post-college digital media experience, preferably in content syndication and/or native advertising.
• Experience running successful campaigns across multiple digital media formats – SEO, search, social, display, and newsletters for well-known brands.
• Knowledge/experience in SEO, online advertising and performance marketing
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
