BINDER CASTING is offering a full time internship, which provides an amazing opportunity to learn about the casting industry at one of the top theatrical casting offices in New York City. Present and previous projects include In Transit, A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder, Nice Work If You Can Get It, The Lion King, NY City Center's Encores! series, A Chorus Line, Gypsy, Movin' Out, 42nd Street, and many, many more.
We are seeking an intelligent, hard-working, and organized self-starter who has a passion for theatre. Previous office/administrative experience is VERY important. An immaculate attention to detail is a must, as well as a professional and pleasant phone/e-mail demeanor, and a desire and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering phones, sorting/opening mail and submissions, copying, data entry, internet research, and general office maintenance.
Perks include tickets to shows, experience in a busy office, and exposure to top industry professionals.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a FULL-TIME internship. Our office hours are 10:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. Please do not apply if you are not available full time. No exceptions can be made.
Starts: Mid March
Ends: Approx. Early-Mid June
