I. Job Summary: Meets objectives related to the goals of Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) by producing video presentations directed at various audiences of BGEA II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer
• Consistently participates in daily BGEA staff devotions
• Demonstrates behavior aligned with BGEA's Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Hallmarks, policies, and expectations
• Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence
• Tells story with strong content of video, audio, and production techniques; writes concepts, message points, story lines, and scripts to be used in conveying the general message directed by the Director of Video Media Services; develops program run sheets, story boards, shooting style guides, and shooting schedules
• Supervises research and coordinates multiple video productions; oversees securing of locations, permits, talent, crew, equipment, security, and all peripheral elements required for shooting original video footage required to support the story; coordinates travel domestically or internationally in cooperation with BGEA's Travel Department; ensures compliance with corporate and legal requirements, local regulations, union contracts, and safety fundamentals; ensures adherence to high professional standards of production and conduct throughout the process
• Supervises crews of up to fifty individuals in the video production facility and on location; directly oversees tasks of videographers, editors, audio mixers, associate producers, directors, technical directors, video operators, grips, lighting directors, stage hands, makeup artists, and production assistants
• Liases with and directs artists and talent, their management and support staff; supports negotiation of contracts with on-camera talent and BGEA's Legal Department
• Secures releases, permits, licenses, and contracts for use of any material or performances not covered by employment or other agreement in effect with BGEA; makes reports on use of this material available in a timely, orderly manner for those offices submitting compliance documents to agencies of record
• Develops, administers, and manages individual project budgets to ensure cost-effective creation of BGEA video products
