Big Time PR is looking for a PR Assistant to join our team immediately. We are a busy boutique agency in Los Angeles handling a variety of clients in film and television. Ideal candidates will have some intern or assistant experience in PR and are looking for a place where they can grow into an accomplished publicist. Candidates should possess excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to balance the needs of several clients and Account Executives at a time.
We provide a wonderful working environment with fantastic clients, a dedicated team of publicists, and many opportunities to grow with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily media monitoring, clipping, and reporting
Drafting press materials, including press notes and pitch letters
Securing reviews and interviews for clients, developing talent schedules, and staffing interviews/photo shoots when necessary
Research for client projects and proposals
Compiling and maintaining media lists
Drafting internal and client-facing communications such as call agendas and status reports
Occasional coverage of events such as premieres, press screenings, Q&As, and film festivals
Social media moderation and content generation
General account administration, managing day to day requests from clients
NECESSARY SKILLS:
Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and the like.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle yourself professionally under pressure.
Detail oriented with the ability to also see the big picture
Organization freaks are encouraged
Ability to prioritize a daily to-do list
A strong work ethic is a must and a sense of humor goes a long way.
A collaborative attitude. We are a very team oriented office and everyone works on every client - collaboration is king around here.
SALARY
Negotiable, dependent upon experience
