Provide general support to VP of operations. Assist with budgeting, payroll, purchasing, housing needs, logistics and communications within the team. Liaison between crew members and management. Work with other departments to assure processes are followed in an efficient and timely manner. Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word required. Knowledge of ADP and QuickBooks a plus. Must be organized and be able to communicate effectively with other department to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Must be willing to travel.
