Part Time Job
Fashion & Celebrity Placement Public Relations Agency, Berri Goldfarb Public Relations (BGPR), is currently looking to hire a part-time personal assistant to support Berri Goldfarb.
Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills, is comfortable with a wide range of tasks, has the ability to remain calm under pressure, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must have an enthusiastic attitude and enjoy working in an energetic and fast-paced environment, delivering to the goals and priorities of a successful individual. We are looking for someone who is creative, and who can work both independently and as part of a team.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating and planning meetings
• Booking personal appointments
• Scheduling daily tasks and assignments
• Updating calendar and contacts in Microsoft Outlook
• Shopping and running errands
• Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
• Scanning and filing of confidential information
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to handle any task, no matter the size
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Reliable, detail-oriented and extremely motivated
• Ability to prioritize given assignments and complete them in a timely manner
• Have a flexible schedule
• Must love dogs
Would prefer a University student that has two or three full days per week available.
Looking for someone that is wanting to be an assistant for at least one year.
