We are currently seeking a Production Intern to assist us in all aspects of production. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in film. The applicant understands that this is a non-paid Training Program and that, as a result, they are not eligible for, or entitled to, wages or monetary compensation of any kind for the time spent in their internship. Internship does require travel into Manhattan at times. We are looking for team players with a great attitude.
Responsibilities:
Candidates should be Mac-proficient (Final Cut or Avid experience a plus, but not absolutely necessary), The ideal candidate possesses excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), is well spoken, with proper phone etiquette and a pleasant demeanor and has basic knowledge of both the Macintosh and Windows platforms. Intern should have a strong academic record, and a strong interest in reading and writing. Attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong research skills are very important, as well as being highly organized and responsible. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about film and has a desire to be part of the industry. The internship requires a can do positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the ability to multi-task. Efficiency, punctuality and a willingness to learn are critical.

- Fun, bright and motivated.
- A quick learner
- Eager to learn the ins and outs of the art and business of production
- Assisting the production team
- Assisting directors on set and in post production
- Conducting research for various projects
- Assisting on set
- Light office work
- Work with our webmaster and update webpage.
- Must be savvy with all social medias, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, etc
- Must be familiar with Word Press, HTML, etc
- Must be able to commit for 6 months or more
- Must be accessible via phone anytime
- Must be able to commute to Long Island, NY
