Sales Coordinator, Baseline Syndication (Full-time)

Baseline Syndication's team is growing as we expand our offering of entertainment metadata solutions in conjunction with the fast rise of digital entertainment consumption. Baseline Syndication's Sales Coordinator will use their strong sales and customer focus skills to help manage our sales workflow, from qualifying incoming sales leads, to sourcing new leads, and direct interaction with prospective and existing Baseline Syndication customers. This person will also work closely with both the sales and marketing departments to build and manage sales campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
-Sourcing and qualification of new leads.
-Tracking and re-engaging contacts.
-Customer service via phone calls and email. Able to converse comfortably with senior management at Fortune 1000 companies.
-Assisting in client retention efforts via marketing and social media outreach.
-Assisting in proposal and contract drafting.
Position Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Business or Marketing.
-2-3 years' assistant/coordinator experience in an entertainment and/or technology-related field required.
-Experience in drafting and modifying contracts, proposals, or similar financial/legal documents.
-Network of entertainment and/or consumer technology contacts.
-Outstanding written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Avid follower of entertainment and technology trades: Variety, Gigaom, TechCrunch, Re/Code, etc.
Preferred:
-Sales experience, especially related to entertainment, technology, or data licensing.
-Experience with Salesforce CRM.
-Knowledge of entertainment metadata and digital content distribution.
