Bang Zoom! Studios is seeking an outgoing, friendly and energetic person to join our team as the full-time Client Services Manager in our Burbank facilities.
While the atmosphere at the studio is friendly and light, the job can be demanding at times! There is almost always multiple sessions happening at any given time, with many clients to attend to. This candidate needs to be able to maintain grace under pressure at all times, be very proactive and aware of their surroundings, outgoing and most of all, have a genuine love of people. Fitting the vibe of the studio and understanding and being passionate about its needs is the key to the success of this position.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in making the clients' experiences truly extraordinary and might consider themselves a Foodie. A background in client services or food service is not required but certainly would be advantageous.
Duties include:
- Planning out outstanding client experiences and always be thinking of ways to make clients feel appreciated.
- Creative presentation and preparation of breakfast, snacks for clients (seasonal, holiday, etc.)
- Tracking inventory and helping with ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Ordering and preparing meals for clients
- Scheduling delivery services, etc, as needed
- Greeting and interacting with clients and talent
- Errand running and assisting with any client needs (picking up lunches, groceries, etc.)
- Helping to keep common areas including restrooms well maintained, cleaned and stocked
Qualifications include:
- Outgoing, confident, and organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- ''No job is too small'' positive attitude
- Calm, flexible and adaptable to change
- Computer Savvy (iMac preferred) and proficient in word, excel and google docs.
- A California Driver License and a registered insured vehicle
- Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities
- Available to work occasional longer hours, as sessions run long or clients' needs dictate
