In addition to that.... Quality assurance testing of audio and video material, for udio, video, closed captioning and subtitle quality assurance. Duties require accurate, methodical approach to quality control as well as a very focused and detailed attention to audio, video and subtitle irregularities and artifacts. Some in-house training will be provided but you must be a self-starter!
Qualifications: Individual must be energetic, detail-oriented, focused, and able to make pass/fail decisions. Excellent computer skills (PC and Mac) are required and must know how to copy files to various media. Two years experience in audio and/or video post-production environment is a big PLUS!
Position is audibly and visually demanding as a significant amount of the job responsibilities include intensive observation for minor audio and video impairments and artifacts, in addition to IMPECCABLE GRAMMAR and WRITING. Individual will work in a multimedia production environment requiring little to no physical labor. A college degree in computer science or programming, electronics or A/V technology-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
